committer access to JIRA?
Now that I'm a committer, do I have to do anything special to get elevated
permissions on JIRA? My Apache username and password don't seem to be
automatically registered there--do I register it as normal and then ask an
administrator to promote me somehow?
I'd like to commit and resolve my first issue. :)
Thanks,
Jon

Hi Jon
I added your account to the hc-developers group. You should now have
permissions to update JIRA issues in all HC projects.

Yes, JIRA is for all (not only ASF committers) and you have to create
your own account and let us know what it is.
