[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-791) Allow to register nodes with
infinite resources
Kinga Marton created YUNIKORN-791:
-------------------------------------
Summary: Allow to register nodes with infinite resources
Key: YUNIKORN-791
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-791
Project: Apache YuniKorn
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: Kinga Marton
When multiple schedulers are used, we might want to use YK just for quota enforcement and allow the default scheduler(or some other scheduler) to do the replacement. To bypass the “placement” phase, the simplest approach is to register a node with infinite resources, so the pod resource always fits into this node.
