Is there a bug list and reporting mechanism, or is this a known bug?

I have a docx file with embedded images.

Viewing or printing from OO the images do not appear.  They do in MS Word 2011 for Mac.

Known bug?  I can share the file [which most likely was done on a W7 machine].
