There are several scenarios in the past on which our users complained about the fact that they need to either uncompress/recompress the pulse war file or add the pulse-authentication-custom.xml file within the application container's classpath in order for it to be picked up by Pulse. It would make sense to make this configurable via system properties or something similar (@Value("${custom.spring.security.file}"))?.
