Re: cvs tree does not build

What a coincident!  I just discovered this and have checked in the fix
already.  I did sanity test on my Windows NT (using Visual C++) which
didn't catch this problem and showed everything ok.  So this problem was
overlooked.  Sorry about that.  Next time I will sanity test both Windows
and at least one UNIX platform before committing changes.....
