Closing RTMPMinaConnection, due to long handshake

Hello, 
some time when i stop and start my Red5 server; the server does not start because of the attached error. I noticed this happenes where there still open connections to the server before i stop it.
any solution?

you have clients trying to reconnect while red5 is starting
not sure how to resolve it under windows :)
