Fix the redundant configurations that are set in {{TestOpenFilesWithSnapshot#testPointInTimeSnapshotCopiesForOpenFiles}} and {{TestOpenFilesWithSnapshot#testOpenFilesSnapChecksumWithTrunkAndAppend}}. These redundant configurations give an impression that they are needed for the tests to pass through, but infact its not.
