[PR] UNOMI-1014: Return aggregate results and keep them in the current tenant [unomi]

sergehuber opened a new pull request, #922:
URL: https://github.com/apache/unomi/pull/922

   ## Summary
   - Fixes POST aggregate queries that returned an empty response (HTTP 204) because Elasticsearch and OpenSearch registered and read aggregation results under different names.
   - Aggregate and metric queries always run in the current tenant (including the non-optimized path), so counts stay with the caller's data.
   - Adds integration tests for aggregates with a condition and for tenant-scoped aggregates/metrics.

   ## Test plan
   - [x] `PersistenceServiceIT` on Elasticsearch (9/9)
   - [x] `PersistenceServiceIT` on OpenSearch (9/9)
   - [ ] CI
