I have committed first spike of this. The producer is now working.

TODO:
- Add support for POJO statement (eg using @Select in POJO)
- Consumer adding the consumer as we have in camel-ibatis (although the producer is the most needed feature)
- Documentation
- Add to features.xml
- OSGi tests
