Getting started question...

Hello! I am new to Cocoon, but have heard great things about it. I was
wondering if there is a better getting started document than the one  
that is posted? I have installed Cocoon 1.8.2 and believe that        
everything is installed correctly, but an not really sure how to begin
working with it. Any help in getting started would be greatly         
appreciated.
