   windows10
   jdk8
   rocketmq 5.1.0
   
   ```sh
   E:\rocketmq-all-5.1.0-bin-release\bin>java -version
   java version "1.8.0_131"
   Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_131-b11)
   Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.131-b11, mixed mode)
   
   E:\rocketmq-all-5.1.0-bin-release\bin>mqnamesrv.cmd
   Unrecognized VM option 'UseConcMarkSweepGC'
   Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
   Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
   
   E:\rocketmq-all-5.1.0-bin-release\bin>
