I will submit a pull request with the default file for decanter-appender-file changed to ${karaf.data}/decanter/appender.csv.

> decanter-appender-file default output file ${karaf.data}/decanter conflicts with the default directory used by decanter-alerting-service. In the case where decanter-appender creates its output file first, decanter-alerting-service will fail to start.
