Where to get Release Notes?

Where are the release notes documenting all the changes that were made from previous versions?  I'm interested because I'm upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.6.5 and want to know if my old build scripts will still work.

I guess I'm most interested in the depreciated functions causing problems.
