having custom props appear in TortoiseSVN?

Is it possible to configure TortoiseSVN so that a custom
property appears by default in the pull-down list?  (I'm
referring to the pull-down list in the Windows
"Properties->Subversion", which so far only shows the bugtraq:,
svn: and tsvn: reserved props.)

I'm looking for this because I don't want users misspelling one
of the props that are meaningful to hooks that we'll be
implementing.

(Alternatively, is there a way to add "reserved" svn:xxx props
to both SVN and Tortoise/SVN without recompiling both of them?)
