Remove some 2.1 children pages, not enough access

In the 2.1 documentation, rather than creating children pages for the bullet
points under the Geronimo Administration Console - i've appropriately
integrated them into the Geronimo Administration Console root page. So if
someone with the correct access privilege could please remove the following
children pages in 2.1:

CA helper <http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC21/CA+helper>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)
 Console enhancements<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC21/Console+enhancements>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)
 Deployment plans
wizard<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC21/Deployment+plans+wizard>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)
 Expert mode<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC21/Expert+mode>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)
 The pluggable console<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC21/The+pluggable+console>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)
 What Changed?<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=77772>
(Apache
Geronimo v2.1)

Thanks!

just to make sure, no need to delete these pages. These are still needed.

Cheers!
