[jclouds/jclouds-site] Promote ApacheCon (#193)
The linked site and images are automatically updated for every event, so it should be OK to include the ApacheCon fragment as-is whenever the conference is approaching.

I don't think so. ApacheCon is *our* conference. Even if there are no specific jclouds talks there will be many talks about the foundation itself. Attendees can learn how Apache works, how our community is governed, why we are at Apache, and many other topics.
I think promoting the ApacheCon is good for the project and the foundation in general.
