We are not getting any information from the timeout. Following is an example of a successful run.

testStartedServerIsAlive 0.13 sec Passed
testStartedServerWithRequestLog 0.14 sec Passed
testStopUnstartedServer 13 ms Passed
testStoppedServerIsNotAlive 0.13 sec Passed
testStoppingTwiceServerIsAllowed 0.13 sec Passed
testWepAppContextAfterServerStop 0.24 sec Passed

We could add a timeout to each case for debugging. That way when it happens next time, we will have more clues.
