Thanks for open this ticket, I think this idea is very reasonable. We should use `CheckedThread` just like java's `Thread`. The only difference is that `CheckedThread` will help us take care of exceptions. I have prepared a PR for this ticket, can you help assign this ticket to me and take a look.
