Person Name Parser

We are developing a Turbine application which has a requirement of
parsing a person's name (Doe, John A Jr.) into its component parts (i.e.
last, first, middle, suffix).  Before we reinvent the wheel, does
anybody know of such a parser already written in Java that we could
utilize?
