   ### Summary
   
   Currently, LMQ has no PUT stats, and GET stats are all aggregated to one topic `%LMQ%`.
   It is better to record LMQ PUT stats and save GET stats respectively.
   
   ### Motivation
   
   LMQ has no accurate stats.
   
   ### Describe the Solution You'd Like
   
   PUT stats: record when LMQ dispatch.
   GET stats: do not aggregate to one topic when recording.
   
   ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered
   
   none
   
   ### Additional Context
