SVN 1.4.2(r22196) install problem

Hi,
I installed SVN 1.4.2 on my RH Enterprise 4 server, all went well except for the following errors below
also when I check for the version of Apache I get [Server version: Apache/2.2.3
Server built:   Feb  5 2007 13:01:55 which is the version that gets installed with SVN but it's not running
how do I get this version to run on my server?
any help with this would be greatly appreciated
