[users@httpd] deny user after 3 failed logon attempts

Does Apache 1.3.27 for Solaris have the capability to detect and
display an error message after 3 failed logon attempts using Basic
Authentication?

No.

It seems like this would be a nice feature to have, although it would be
a little tricky to impliment it correctly.
