let me demo for example "loadstart" (other enent have the same problem)
var ref = cordova.InAppBrowser.open('http://apache.org', '_blank', 'location=yes');
ref.addEventListener('loadstart', function(event) { alert(event.url); }); //this line will trigger
ref.addEventListener('loadstart', function(event) { navigator.notification.alert("test", null, 'title', 'ok'); }); //this line will never trigger
