maven-aether.git was created after INFRA-11768 as initial import, while working on IP Clearance

after work on the topic, it happens we can't keep Aether name at Apache. The development community chose a new name: Maven Artifact Resolver http://maven.apache.org/aether-archives/aether.html

As a consequence, please rename maven-aether.git to maven-resolver.git
