One strange thing noticed was that replacing the form action to [https://localhost:8443/partymgr/control/uploadPartyContent,] (keeping the markup and everything else the same) makes it work.
So is there a possibility that the issue could be something specific to the e-commerce component, as the file upload feature is also not working on the blogs page.
Yes, the above patch will help us display the file name, but the file is anyways selected, just the name is not displayed.
