testing writer sidebar functionality
I am executing some test cases regarding the sidebar.
I am doing some tests on position an rotation.
If the behaviour of the sidebar does not respect the test but is
coherent with the "position and size" dialog is this a bug that must be
reported an bugzilla or not?

Yes - Bugzilla is the tool to handle bugs.
TestLink is not for handling bugs.
Please use reference so it will be possible to connect between the two.

yes, the test is marked as "fail".
