Problem with turbine-schema.sql

Hi All,
I am new to this enviormment and I am trying to
configure Turbine. I am still stuck with ant init
i am getting error during Generating SQL for Turbine
base. I checked in the following directory the
turbine-schema.sql which is empty. 

C:\tdk\webapps\newapp\WEB-INF\src\sql\turbine-schema.sql

Please help me, it should be empty or do i need to
define something in this file. 

Here is the error which I am getting.
