James configuration

I've configured James with "RemoteAddrNotInNetwork = abc.def.*" to prevent spamming and now all incomming mails are spam except from abc.def.*.
I want to know how to configure James to prevent spamming AND able to receipt mails from Internet. Thanks.

The order is important, first check for and deliver any local mail. And only
after that check relaying. The default config file is working exactly in
this way.
