build.properties
Do you have to modify the file below when setting up my own database
(MSSQL).
jetspeed-1.4\build\torque\build.properties
Also, Is there any other files that need to be modified other than this one
and torque.properties?

i can't answer for possible other jetspeed related config files (is there no
mailinglist for jetspeed?), but in case of torque these both files
(build.properties and torque.properties) are all what you need to modify.
