saranshkg opened a new issue #5104: Results are not updated when search filters are cleared off

Make sure these boxes are checked before submitting your issue - thank you!
- [x] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if any
- [x] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
- [x] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar
### Superset version
0.23.0
### Expected results
Wherever FAB menus(lists) are created, search feature works smoothly. However once the search filters are crossed off, the results should be displayed without any filter applied.
### Actual results
The results instead appear to be static. They are't refreshed. The results remain the same as were according to the last filter applied.
### Steps to reproduce
For an instance, select Saved Queries menu under SQL Lab at the top navigation bar. Make sure there are entries in the listing menu. Now, apply for filters and search. The results are displayed as expected.
However when the filters are cleared, the default results(using default filter) or maybe all the results should be displayed. This will improve the user experience greatly.
