Incubator status mistake?

On the status list in the copyright section:

http://incubator.apache.org/projects/quarks.html


A date of 03/11/2016 has been added for the code having hte correct copyrights, I think this has been misplaced from the line above, the date that the software grant has been received.

Yes, you are right. It was intended for the line above. I will update the status tomorrow.
