Would be nice to add support for multiple servers connection URI like here [Connection String URI Format|https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/connection-string/]. This is used for example for Replica Sets.
I guess it's rather uncommon to have only one server in a production environment.

Currently we use a factory class/method as a workaround.
