PS5, Line 54: Kudu now supports location awareness
Some testing has revealed that assigning locations to clients performs too badly to make part of 1.9. However, it wasn't explicitly called out here, so there's no change to make to the RN. https://gerrit.cloudera.org/#/c/12662/ is the change that removes bits about client location awareness from the admin docs.
