cleaning old addresses

Hi,

I recently sent the Ant 1.3 release announcement to the announcements
mailing list and received a "I do not work here anymore" reply from a user.
How can I (or should I) clean this address out of the mailing list?

Also, it is interesting to note that the announcements list does not set
the ReplyTo header which is the common practice on the other lists. Was
that intentional?
