Verified the specified commit (commit 55f638de74edfa400ce6cba1de19162069c9298a) is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified changes identified in commit comments were implemented. Verified changes made in commit 9043425760dae277eff36087a2e715c70793db9c (DAFFODIL-2626), which caused this issue identified in this ticket, were reverted back.
Verified DAFFODIL-2626 was reopened.
