Subversion 0.16 delayed for appx a week

Well, some 0.16 issues are still waiting finishing touches, and
unfortunately some unexpected work came up (for the CollabNet folks,
at least). So we'll need a few more days for 0.16.

In the U.S., Thanksgiving holiday starts on Thursday, so "a few days"
effectively means that 0.16 will be released sometime next week. I'm
not saying exactly which day :-), we'll figure that out on Monday.

Just so everyone knows what's up.

I've been having lots of problems with Subversion (actually Apache) on
RedHat 8.0. I have it running, but I've lost the ability to do Digest
Authentication or SSL. If anyone has any ideas, I'd sure appreciate it.

I will update the RPMs to 0.16 as soon as it comes out next week. Sorry
for the delays. I've been extra busy at work plus the Apache
problems.....

The rpms on the file page have not been updated during 0.15,
will it be posible to update the rpms (apache and apr are the
ones that I have trouble building rpms for) for 0.16
