2 Tomee instances with embedded ActiveMQ in Master Slave mode

Hi,

I want to configure 2 Tomee instances with embedded ActiveMQ in Master Slave mode.
Tomee plus version 1.5.2  Active MQ version 5.12
I am using shared directory (KahaDb store) for Master Slave Failover  configuration.
Tomee 1 starts on port 61616 and aquires lock on the Shared file (db.data)
Tomee 2 starts and waits for lock for 10 secs and obviously does not get lock and keeps on retrying.
So it does not start actually.
What is the correct way to share KahaDb directory between two Tomee instances?
