jakarta-tomcat/src/etc/server.dtd details

The configuration file

jakarta-tomcat/src/etc/server.xml

seems to be referring to

jakarta-tomcat/src/etc/server.dtd

(there is no "<!DOCTYPE" specified in the xml file)

Is there a corresponding DTD available in Sun's servlet/JSP specifications or
is this an Apache/Tomcat specific format? Is there a commented version for
this DTD?

Also is there a canonical location for this DTD on the Apache server?
