maven-cocoon-plugin build broken

Sorry, should be fixed now.
You only need the Daisy plugin, when you build the documentation as desribed at
http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/daisy/cdocs/g3/1256.html. Following those
instructions also downloads the plugin automatically as the necessary repos are
only used when the "daisy" profile is active.
