I have figured out and fixed my problem. We had a problem with our MX
records, so while waiting for verio to fix it, I set up a dnat from the system
that was (incorrectly) set as our primary mx to redirect port 25 to the
correct system. This caused the actual mailserver to see all mail as coming
from that system, a trusted system, thereby allowing all mail with a from:
@ourdomain.com to be whitelisted.
