Assembly plugin bug scrub
With plexus-io (2.1.4) and plexus-archiver (2.6.4) in a smashing
state, I figured I'd go bug scrubbing in assembly-plugin,
which has a bug list the size of <something big>. I am planning to
release in the second half of next week, if anyone wants to chip in !

Hi Kristian,
i have taken a look into the jira issues..you fixed things related to
parallelization with the lookup ...I have here one
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-684
which might be related...
The current trunk does not fix this issue..May be i misunderstand a
thing here...
On the other hand i would suggest to get a new release out asap...

The assembly-pluign release will start as soon as maven-filtering
passes tomorrow (hopefully - if anyone votes for it :)
I will move any unfixed issues away from the 2.5 release without
further notice any time after tomorrow afternoon.

I'm already on some of the issues...If i can help...sure...two pair of
