There is now the project called org.apache.clerezza.rdf.locking. When installing the bundle you can browse "/locks" in your browser. There is an overview page over all graphs and their locks. You can start the platform in rdf locks debugging modus. For that purpose you have to set the system property "rdfLocksDebugging=true" when starting the platform. In this modus you can see stacktraces on the overview page of threads which locked a currently locked lock.
