   ## Summary
   Currently in the kernel code we have a mix of byte convert functions like `htons` and byte convert macro like `HTONS` used in code. Switch to byte convert macro in all possible places in the kernel code.
   
   ## Impact
   No functional changes
   
   ## Testing
   Pass CI
