Initial adaptation of Python qpidtoollibs to Ruby

Hi all,

I just pushed my initial adaptation of Python's qpidtoollibs to Ruby. If you're not familiar with it, qpidtoollibs is a set of classes used by the command line tools (qpid-stat, qpid-config) to talk to the broker via QMF2 to query for information and to create/delete exchanges, queues, and so on. I would love feedback on the initial adaptation.
