The myfaces UIViewRoot implementation defaults to the basic render kit but the 
RI implementation doesn't.  This change explicitly sets a default render kit 
on the view root similar to the default view id in the AbstractJsfTestCase.

One line change

This allows a user of AbstractJsfTestCase to test deeper w/in a JSF
implementation w/out having to exlicitly set the renderKitId, something that is
needed in many unanticipated use case of MyFaces.
