TinkerPop 3.0.0.M9-incubating-rc1

Hello vendors,

Here is 3.0.0.M9-incubating-rc1 tag.

Here is what has changed since M8.

Please work with this tag and report any issues you are having with your respective product. For simple issues, please file a JIRA ticket. For complex design issues, please raise on dev@.

Note that we are no longer doing features, simply working towards getting vendors integrated, fixing bugs, doing optimizations, and working on docs. However, if there is a simple feature you have (e.g. a good step for Gremlin, a useful traversal strategy, etc.), we can add them. 

Lets see how the feedback cycles goes. If it is fast, perhaps we can tweak and do an rc2 by weeks end.

Hi,

I just deleted the tag and re-created it. The <version> was SNAPSHOT. I bin/bump.sh'd to 3.0.0.M9-incubating-rc1. All the URLs below still work.

However, let me give you the CHANGELOG URL via the tag commit.
	https://github.com/apache/incubator-tinkerpop/blob/56c2ec3a6ebb69fb9d41cf85e412fdcd8210c8c8/CHANGELOG.asciidoc#tinkerpop-300m9-not-officially-released-yet

This way, as we update master/ the CHANGELOG you see above stays the same.
