Resolved - org.w3c.dom.Node - getNamespaceURI

Please ignore my question regarding getNamespaceURI.  There was another jar in my JDK's jre/lib/ext directory which overridded the one specified in the classpath.  I also placed xerces.jar in that directory, but the other jar file was probably getting loaded earlier.

I apologize for the oversight on my part.
