svn:eol-style native reminder

Hi folks!

This is a friendly reminder to check your subversion configuration for eol-style native settings!

I've seen tons of files with no linebreak behaviour set, which will in the worst case lead to portability issues and broken tests on some platforms.

Please check if your committer setup according to the following ASF documentation:
