added JmDNS gump project definition

Hey all,

I've just committed jmdns.xml to the gump metadata stuff.  I haven't  
changed Chainsaw's config to depend on that yet until I'm sure this  
new one is build ok.  I've also set the nag email address to myself  
in the interim to reduce the spam (should it come).

If anyone with a GumpSmarts(tm) has 60 seconds to eyeball it for  
accuracy, I'd appreciate it.
