[Issue 128332] New: Scaling is not applied uniformly

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128332

          Issue ID: 128332

            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Trivial
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: ui

file for testing issue

I have attached file "testFile" for test. It contains just one formula.

Prerequisite: the description below is based on assumption that
"Scaling" is set to 100 %.

So before you open test file make sure that this prerequisite is met.

Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View, numeric field with label "Scaling"

Considering respective AOO Help topic:

"Scaling
Uses percentile scaling for font size in user interface elements, such as
dialogs and icon labels.

The Scaling setting does not affect the font size of text in a document."

do the following steps:

1. open test file in AOO Math
2. Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View
change Scaling value to 130 %
Notice the change: formula size and menu font size.
Markup in equation editor has not changed accordingly.
3. Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View
   change Scaling value to 80%
Notice the change: formula size and menu font size.
Markup in equation editor has changed but not accordingly.
4. Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View
   change Scaling value to 100%
Notice the change: formula size and menu font size.
Markup in equation editor has changed but not accordingly.

(see attached file "Juxtaposition" with screenshots).

It seems that change of markup size (in equation editor) is one step
behind changes of size of: formula and menu font. Unusual,
bearing in mind what one can see for example in AOO Calc while scaling
(menu font size vs. font size in formula bar: name box and input line).

Final remarks:

1. same "update shift" occurs if in AOO Calc you choose
Insert > Object > Formula, enter any markup in equation editor
   and repeat steps 2.-4. above
2. Few ancient issues like: Issue 51018 and Issue 30143 were of the same
   or similar nature.
